Season Pass Processing

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Hello all, I'm brand new here. I was looking for some info on season pass processing. I live in Ohio by Cedar Point and their processing center opens a few weeks before they open for the season. My question is does Six Flags Great America do the same thing? This is my first time buying a season pass to Six Flags.

No, they don't. Most processes happen before the next season starts, during Fright Fest. Everything else is during that season.

Anyone know if I can upgrade my season pass online or over the phone? I'd hate to pay for parking my first visit.

Are you going to upgrade your ticket to a season pass? If so, I don't believe there is a way to do that prior to the day you visit. If you are talking about processing your pass, just show the parking person the piece of paper that you are going to exchange for your pass. Hope this helped.

In the past, we have been able to process our passes on private event days. So the weekend between the sneak Peek and opening day has a chance. At the end of the season, we have just gone to guest services and they do it all from there.
Hope this helped.

Six Flags does not do that anymore because most people do not have to go to the pass processing center to get there season pass. If you purchased your pass online at the Six flags website, you will present the printout with the bar code to the turnstile attendant when you enter the park they will give you your season pass right on the spot.

A little bit off topic but how can I view BAFF/discount dates for other parks? It's only letting me see SFGAm

I don't think you can as you can only BAFF at Great America, not the other SF parks.

Alright then. Kind of wish they would publicly post a list, really don't want to go on a BAFF day

I have in the past been able to process my pass at the park a during the week before opening weekend. Give the park a call and see what hours they are open.

Do you even need to go to pass processing any more? Last year there was some kind of issue with my pass not being activated right. I got the opening weekend where you have to process your pass opening weekend to get the perks. Does that mean I have to go to pass processing saturday or sunday?
What a day! What a place! What a smile on your face!

As long as you linked it when you bought it, you should be ready to use it.

If you go under My Pass In the app, it should say all the things you have added and the things you can still add to your pass.
