So I'm going to Ohio to hit up Cedar Point and Kings Island. The trip is from August 4-7. The 2 park days are the 5th & 6th. I'm just asking which days to do which park based on crowd levels and also for any other tips to get in as much coaster riding in as possible. Thanks for those who help me out!

I would post this on KI Central or Point Buzz. They will be able to help you out more than me for sure. Mystic Timbers and Dragster are probably your rope drop rides though.
Firehawk or whatever they call the Vekoma Flyer is def the rope drop ride, line down the ramp, not even to the queue can be close to an hour depending on how the ride is running
