This is good news considering the possibility of it opening later in May. Now we just need to get a date on when Hurricane Harbor will be opening. I still think they should open Memorial Day.

I think we can see it open halfway through June. It's Six Flags so theres no way this will be done when we all want it to be. Maybe when those cheap online tickets no longer work...

I reported this opening date way back in December, not breaking news to me.

As for Hurricane Harbor, i still think there will be delays in the construction of the water park. I expect a Mid June open.

Ok, here is my take on the Openning day of HH at least. Its JANUARY.
There is plenty of time for them to get HH up and running by Memorial
Day.

I won't doubt it until I hear Six Flags say, We won't be opening HH until
BLANK. To me, they are progressing very quickly. Even with the
weather.[/u]

I think that HH will open on May 21st, 2005. Vertical Construction should being in the next few weeks. Water parks don’t take much to build.

Mike, was it official back in December? I don't recall hearing anything official during that month. Or were you just taking an educated guess on when it was going to open (Normally the last few days of April/First few of May)

On the website it said that Math/Science days started on April 31st so that's why I thought that was opening day...
